Why do you have to do this to e-mail us ?
In common with every other website, we receive a large amount
of time-wasting SPAM (unsolicited nuisance e-mail). The mindless, anti-social morons who generate this mostly obtain
e-mail addresses by using programs which automatically trawl through websites, collecting anything that looks like
an e-mail address. The technique we are now using obscures our e-mail address from these programs and should reduce
the problem a little. The EU has already made SPAM illegal - but most of it comes from the USA. Until the US government
puts as much effort into banning SPAM as it puts into trying to legalise drilling for oil in the Arctic National
Refuge, there is little hope of an end to it.
