We do not accept cheques or telephone orders. Return / Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return the goods to us (the whole order) and we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Some common sense advice about buying gifts for other people: Please note that if you buy any item(s) as a gift or donation to someone else and subsequently decide to cancel the order after they have received it then you have to arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us with a letter from the recipient asking us to make the refund payable to you instead of them.
