We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Please note that you can only pay by credit or debit card online for goods ordered in our online store. We do not accept cheques or telephone orders.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return the goods to us (the whole order) and we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Some common sense advice about buying gifts for other people: Please note that if you buy any item(s) as a gift or donation to someone else and subsequently decide to cancel the order after they have received it then you have to arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us with a letter from the recipient asking us to make the refund payable to you instead of them. If the recipient is unwilling to return the item(s) then the legal situation is complicated and not much in your favour and you have little chance of getting a refund.
Delivery is at the price shown for each article and delivery time is usually 7 to 21 days from order.
Goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. We are not VAT registered. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
